Welcome to the Reed City Church of the Nazarene.  Thanks for choosing to worship with us today.  May God fill you with His presence as you seek Him this morning.

Pastor Chris DeMott will share a message entitled The Revolution VI - The Characters.

We would like to know you were here today - please connect with us:

Join us as we pray for the following...

Special focus: The men and women serving in our Armed Forces.
Health Issues: Ruth Ford, Evelyn Ruppert, Ez Sims, Nick Scholten, and Doris Bittner.
This week’s * families/individuals: Arend & Nancy Smith, Karl Nelson Family, Wendy Sims Family and Pastor Joe Lee Family.

* Our church family is very important to us and so we choose to remember a few families/individuals each week in prayer.

Please share with us God’s activity in your life and how our Pastoral staff can pray for you.

Holy Week Schedule

You are invited to participate in several activities with your church family and community. Mark your calendars and plan to join as your schedule allows:

Maundy Thursday, April 18

  • 6:30pm: Family “Come & Go” Communion - Pastor Chris DeMott will lead small groups in prayer, reflection and the receiving of communion from 6:30-8pm in our Worship Center.

Good Friday, April 19

  • 1pm:  Annual Reed City Ministerial Association Cross Walk beginning at the United Methodist Church and concluding at the cemetery. It is suggested that walkers bring a personal hygiene item (toothpaste/shampoo/soap etc) for the pantry to leave at the foot of the cross in the cemetery as a sign of sacrifice.

  • 7pm : RCCN’s annual Good Friday Service helps us remember and consider the great sacrifice Jesus made for each of us on that day He surrendered His life for ours.

Easter Sunday, April 21

  • 9am: breakfast in our Family Room.  There is no cost for this meal but please RSVP on the Connect Card or by following the link below.

  • 10:30am : Worship & Baptism Service/All for Others Offering (no evening activities)

All for Others Offering

RCCN has a tradition of utilizing our Easter offering to bless other individuals & ministries. Please prayerfully consider how God desires for you to participate in next Sunday’s collection. Thank you for your generosity.

Refresh Reed City/Cookie Bakers Needed

In lieu of our annual community service clean up, we encourage you to join the inaugural Refresh Reed City event on Saturday, April 27. If you would like to participate in the spruce up efforts, please contact City Hall at 832-2245 to volunteer. We will continue our tradition of distributing homemade cookies to our community leaders and servants. If you would like to bake cookies, sign up on the Connect Card and drop off your cookies to the RCCN kitchen on Sunday, April 28 (they will be distributed Monday, April 29).

Monthly Prayer Meeting/National Day of Prayer

In commemoration of the National Day of Prayer, we are combining our April and May Monthly Prayer meetings into one meeting on Thursday, May 2 at 7:00pm. You are invited to join your church family and local community in prayer for our nation as RCCN is one of several sites open in Reed City that day.

World Vision 6K

Each year RCCN participates in the World Vision 6K. Doing so makes a life-changing difference by providing clean water for life for a young child.  Please set aside your Saturday, May 4 and plan to walk or run in the Global 6K for a donation of $50. See the bulletin board in the foyer for more information or follow the link below to register.
